    Simply follow these steps, and you will be ready to start:

    Download the CureMD app from the App Store or Google Play store Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register Once you’ve registered, select your preferred doctor. Schedule your appointment and enter the videocall on the selected time and day to start your visit.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners, Maestro, UnionPay), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. And, what’s best, we accept MDCx, so whenever you use our services, you will receive MDCx which you can use later to pay for more services.

  • What if I already have a doctor that I see in person?

    As a patient, you can still benefit from access to a responsive, online doctor — even if you already have a doctor near you that you see in person! a CureMD doctor is usually more affordable and convenient for most issues. And for the few occasions where you need to see someone in person, you can share your online medical records with your local physicians to pick up where we left off!

  • Do you do prescriptions?

  • How does MDCx reward work?
